2008 Baldrige Education Excellence Seminar

Use of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence took a major step forward with the participation of several of the leading Malaysian educators in the "Achieving World-Class Excellence in Education' seminar conducted by Paul Steel at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur hotel in February 2008. Participants engaged in actual Baldrige assessment exercises and received a DVD with a 'Total Integrated Education Management System of Best Processes' developed by Paul Steel based on his assessment and consulting work with leading organizations worldwide.
