Systems Management for Organizational Excellence Seminar
(Designed for users of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence - 11 April 2008 Bangkok, Thailand)

Paul Steel (center) is shown at the conclusion of his seminar with Ms. Suwan Riensavapak (Director of the Thailand Quality Award) and three of the founders of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) including Mr. Tawee Butsuntorn. The seminar was jointly sponsored by the Thailand Quality Award and the Asian Productivity Organization (APO).

This seminar focused  beyond the Baldrige Assessment findings to the use of a total integrated systems management approach to achieving organizational excellence. Approximately 150 leaders and managers of Thai educational, health care, business, and public sector organizations attended as well as 60 of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) Examiners.
