Systems Engineering refers to the consulting methodology for implementing improvement related to Baldrige Assessment-identified improvement opportunities. This training was cosponsored by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and the Thailand Productivity Institute. Paul will return in July 2008 to conduct additional training and to facilitate the implementation of pilot projects. Plans call for Paul to return to Thailand periodically through 2011 to ensure the effective consultant competency and implementation of additional projects.
