Baldrige Criteria Excellence Seminar

This was my first visit to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it was quire eventful. The participants below represented the Prime Minister's Planning Office (MAMPU), the Prime Minister's national quality award, and Telekom Malaysia. All three of these organizations eventually hired me as a consultant and this has led to numerous other visits to Malaysia since.
