Employee The term “employee” refers to all people who contribute to the delivery of an organization's products and services, including paid employees (e.g., permanent, part-time, temporary, and contract employees supervised by the organization) and volunteers as appropriate. Employees include team leaders, supervisors, and managers at all levels.
