Comments (Strengths and OFIs)

The term “comments” refers to written assessment findings statements included in Baldrige assessment reports (e.g., individual-, consensus-, and site visit-level reports and Applicant Feedback reports).

Types of comments:

• Strengths - describe the extent to which the applicant has met or exceeded the Criteria requirements [Basic Criteria Requirements, Overall Criteria Requirements, and Multiple Criteria Requirements].

• Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) - describe [Criteria] requirements [Basic Criteria Requirements, Overall Criteria Requirements, and Multiple Criteria Requirements] that are not addressed (i.e., gaps) or that could be more effectively addressed through process or illustrated through results.
