Summarize your organization’s KEY human resource RESULTS, including WORK SYSTEM PERFORMANCE and EMPLOYEE LEARNING, development, well-being, and satisfaction. SEGMENT your RESULTS to address the DIVERSITY of your workforce and the different types and categories of EMPLOYEES, as appropriate. Include appropriate COMPARATIVE data. Provide data and information to answer the following questions: 7.4a. Human Resource Results (1) What are your current LEVELS and TRENDS in KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of WORK SYSTEM PERFORMANCE and EFFECTIVENESS? Your RESULTS should be responsive to KEY PROCESS needs described in Category 6 and to your organization’s ACTION PLANS and human resource plans described in Item 2.2. N2. Appropriate MEASURES and INDICATORS of WORK SYSTEM PERFORMANCE and EFFECTIVENESS (7.4a[1]) might include job and job classification simplification, job rotation, work layout improvement, EMPLOYEE retention and internal promotion rates, and changing supervisory ratios. N3. Appropriate MEASURES and INDICATORS of EMPLOYEE LEARNING and development (7.4a[2]) might include INNOVATION and suggestion rates, courses completed, LEARNING, on-the-job PERFORMANCE improvements, and cross-training rates.
